Leadership in today’s schools is complex and challenging, encompassing numerous roles. Educational leaders inspire vision, supervise and evaluate teachers, implement strategies, and monitor student development and achievement. They create the conditions that allow those working in their schools to accomplish goals with a strong sense of personal efficacy. Leaders also serve as the link between the school and the community, including parents, lay leaders, rabbis, and other educators.
