Planning Assistant

  • Preparing materials for meetings, editing protocols and reports, drafting documents, translating (Hebrew–English and English–Hebrew)
  • Preliminary research on a variety of topics
  • Administrative and logistical support for steering committee meetings
  • Copy editing
  • Drafting, editing, and distributing policy papers and reports

Required Qualifications
  • Native English speaker
  • Excellent Hebrew
  • Efficient and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask
  • High level writing and editing abilities
  • Ability to formulate
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Administrative skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, contributes to a pleasant and professional work environment
  • Proven experience in jobs that require organization, administration, and writing
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Excellent computer skills
The position is in Jerusalem and is open to both men and women.

Job scope: three quarter time position.
